What are your hours?
We're open every day from 8 AM to 9:30 PM. See directions and hours before you visit.
What do I need to bring?
California law requires every customer to show a valid ID proving they are 21 or older, such as a driver's license or passport. Out-of-state IDs are accepted as long as they're valid and not expired.
Can I order online?
Yes. Shop our live Fresno menu and order ahead for pickup or delivery, or call us at (559) 421-1074. You can also browse HAVEN Fresno products by category.
Is there a first-time customer deal?
Yes. First-time guests at HAVEN Fresno receive a free Dunzo 1g pre-roll with a minimum $10 purchase. Some limitations may apply.
Do you offer discounts?
We offer 10% off for seniors, first responders, medicinal customers with a medical card, industry workers and vendors, and 15% off for customers with a disability. Minimum purchase and proof of eligibility required. Discounts can't be stacked on the same product.
How does Haven Society work?
Join through the HAVEN app. Your points live in the app and you redeem them with a budtender at checkout, with a minimum $10 purchase. Points expire 365 days after you earn them.
